The Challenge
This client was already performing well at the top of the funnel, reaching new audiences and generating awareness mainly through paid social media. The challenge was turning that attention into action. People were seeing the content, but too few were progressing through the funnel and converting into paying customers.
The Strategy
The strategy focused on bridging the gap between awareness and conversion. Rather than simply increasing reach, I developed content designed to move potential customers closer to booking by addressing pain points, explaining the value of treatments, building trust, and creating clearer reasons to take action.
Content was structured around different stages of the customer journey, combining educational posts, treatment-led messaging, social proof, problem/solution content, and stronger booking-focused calls to action.
The Execution
I created and managed a more conversion-focused social media approach, with content built around Michelle’s key services and the problems they solve. Messaging was designed to help potential customers recognise their own needs, understand which treatment could help, and feel confident enough to book.
This included educational content, treatment benefits, relatable pain-point messaging, branded graphics, stronger calls to action, and regular promotion of relevant services, supported by targeted paid activity.
The Results
The strategy helped turn social media attention into measurable business growth.
Bookings increased from 22 to 48 in one month, more than doubling after the new content strategy was introduced. Alongside this, Michelle’s social platforms continued to grow significantly, generating stronger engagement, increased website activity, and hundreds of new followers.
Michelle was reaching new people and generating awareness, but that attention wasn’t consistently turning into bookings.
The social strategy became focused on moving people from awareness to action.
